Process: All bookings can be made directly through our website. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official booking confirmation via email.
Accuracy: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided during booking (date, time, pick-up location, vehicle choice, and passenger count) are accurate.
Meet & Greet: For airport pickups (e.g., Paris Charles de Gaulle), our chauffeurs will wait at the designated arrivals area holding a sign with the client’s name.
Rates: All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to change based on the specific requirements of your trip (e.g., extra stops, extended hours, or special requests).
Payment: Full payment or a required deposit must be completed prior to the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Additional Charges: The client is responsible for any additional costs incurred during the trip, such as extra waiting time, parking fees, or toll charges not included in the original quote.
Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellations made within [Insert Number, e.g., 24 or 48] hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booking.

Vehicle Condition: We take pride in the pristine condition of our luxury fleet (Mercedes Class V, Maybach, Range Rover, etc.). Clients are expected to treat the vehicles with respect.
Damages: The client will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by themselves or their party during the rental period.
No Smoking: Smoking and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Vip Shuttle vehicles.
Luggage: Please ensure that the amount of luggage does not exceed the capacity of the reserved vehicle.
Vip Shuttle and its chauffeurs are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including heavy traffic, road closures, accidents, or severe weather conditions.
We are not responsible for any personal items left or lost inside the vehicles, though we will make every effort to return found items to you.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
